Proposed Rules Relating to Maritime Regulations and OpSail 2012 Virginia
The USCG has posted a Notice of proposed rulemaking relating to the OpSail 2012 Virginia events. These proposed changes to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) would affect commercial and recreational boaters in Hampton Roads and the lower Chesapeake Bay.
